What is the fee for coming to my home or office?

The cost of a home visit is 30 CAD if the cost of the test you require is below 150 CAD. For blood tests over 150 CAD, the nurse visit is free.

The cost of the bloodwork will depend on the prescription. A routine blood workup is around 200 - 300 CAD. You will receive a quote from our customer service prior to confirming the visit.

Is a medical prescription required for blood testing?

According to Article 136 of the Public Health Protection Act, all laboratory analyses require a medical prescription.

How soon can I expect my results?

Most results are sent the same day or within 24 hours. The results are sent directly to the prescribing physician. Unfortunately, we are unable to share the results directly with you. Laboratory results should be reviewed by your healthcare provider. In addition, the law prevents us from releasing results if there is a reasonable likelihood that doing so could lead to injury.

Are your services ever covered by Medicare?

Our services are not reimbursable from the RAMQ. If you have private insurance, please reach out to them to verify if you will be reimbursed.
