How it works

All our rapid tests have been licensed with Health Canada and our PCR tests are analyzed in established laboratories to deliver gold standard COVID-19 results.

Booking Your Test

As an at home mobile service, reserving your place is essential.

Enter your general information in our online form and select your preferred date & time. You will be sent a confirmation email with a reference code, which you must keep in case you have to contact our customer service.

One of our booking agents will then contact you within 1 business hour to proceed with your reservation.

Waiting For Your Visit

Our nurse will arrive within the time frame given to you on the day of your appointment. Please wear a mask when meeting our nurse. The nurse will tell you when to remove your mask and put it on again afterwards.

Please have ready:

Photo ID for all people being tested
Confirmation email with confirmation code for each person being tested

Our Testing Process

Please make sure that you do not apply any nasal medication for 30 minutes before your swab is taken. This is to reduce the risk of tainting the swab (therefore not producing a false result).

Each customer will then be safely swabbed by one of our trained nurses.

Swabbing involves taking a sample from the nasal passage. For PCR tests, your sample is then delivered to our partnered laboratory. For rapid tests, the nurse stays at the location until the test result is ready.

I have symptoms, can I still get a test?

Yes – we are currently performing testing for both symptomatic and asymptomatic clients. Please advise our staff of your symptoms when booking your visit.

How do I book a test?

Book online by completing the form above. You can choose your preferred testing date, time and the type of test. Once you have filled out the online form with your information and preferences, one of our booking agents will contact you to finalize the details.

Can I pay for a test in person?

At this time, payments and bookings can only be made via our website or over the phone. Our nurses are not equipped to accept payment in person.

When and how will I receive my results?

PCR Test - We aim to deliver your PCR test results within 24 hours, however, in very rare cases these could take longer, especially if your sample needs to be re-tested.

Rapid Antigen Test and Rapid Antibody Test - Your rapid results are sent to you within 15 minutes of your test. If you have not received them, please verify your Junk/Spam folder prior to contacting our customer service.
